1. About Us

XL Productionz (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a music production and distribution company operated by Donald XL Robertson. We provide services including but not limited to music distribution, monetization, production, and project support.

2. Services Provided

XLP distributes and administers music content through third-party platforms and partners (such as Downtown Music and other service providers).

XLP does not guarantee placement on specific streaming platforms, playlists, or charts.

All services are provided on a best-efforts basis.

3. User Responsibilities

By submitting content to XLP, you confirm that:

You own or control all rights to the music, artwork, and related materials.

Your content does not infringe the intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights of any third party.

You will comply with all copyright, royalty collection, and publishing requirements relevant to your music.

XLP is not responsible for false or incomplete information provided by clients.

4. Payments & Fees

Payments for services must be made in full as agreed.

Distribution revenue and royalties are subject to reporting and payment timelines of our third-party partners.

All sales are final; refunds are issued only in cases of proven billing error.

5. Intellectual Property

Artists and rights holders retain ownership of their music and copyrights.

By submitting content, you grant XLP and its distribution partners a non-exclusive license to distribute, monetize, and promote your content as outlined in your service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

XLP shall not be held liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services.

Platform decisions (e.g., streaming takedowns, content flags, or algorithmic penalties).

Third-party fraud or artificial streaming activity outside of XLP’s control.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at our discretion if these Terms are violated. Termination does not waive any outstanding payment obligations.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
